  • We support children and teens from age 7 and up.

  • We provide support for a range of challenges, including:

    - Anxiety & low mood
    - Self-harm & confidence issues
    - Fears & phobias
    - Big emotions & life changes
    - School pressures & friendships

  • Each session is tailored to the individual child’s needs. We use a mix of therapeutic techniques, including talking therapy, relaxation, games, art, and sensory activities to help them feel at ease.

  • For younger children, we may invite parents in at the start or end of the session, depending on what feels right. With older children and teens, sessions are usually one-on-one to create a safe space for open conversations.

  • Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on the child’s age and needs.

  • This varies from child to child. Some benefit from just a few sessions, while others may need longer-term support. We’ll review progress regularly.

  • Yes, sessions are confidential. However, if we have concerns about a child’s safety, we may need to share information with parents or safeguarding professionals.

  • Absolutely. We tailor sessions to suit each child’s needs, including those with ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivities.

  • Sessions are held in a carefully designed, calming space that supports the therapeutic experience.
